The Beautiful Beaches of Moraira
Along the 8 kilometers of beautiful beaches, awarded with the Blue Flag by the European Union and as well granted the Certificate of Quality Systems ISO 9001 and Environmental Management ISO 140001, stand out due to their cleanliness, unbeatable water quality and the various and convenient services and activities available.
The Cap d’Or Peninsula guards the inlet and Portet Beach, with its fine sands and crystal clear waters. Being small with its shell shape makes it a magnificent place for a quiet bathe or for following an under-water exploration. On the road from Moraira to El Portet beach, and near the entrance to the Club Naútico we come across the isolated Portixol Cove, perfect for diving and fishing.
At the foot of the Castillo we find l´Ampolla, the busiest, urban and largest of the golden fine sand beaches of the town.
